Aula Rental, henceforth referred to as "we", "us", or "our", retains the right to modify or revise these Terms at any given time without prior notification. We strongly advise you to frequently review these Terms, as your continued use of the Services will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, kindly refrain from registering for the Services.

In order to avail oneself of this service, it is imperative that one attains the age of 18 years or is deemed capable of entering into legally binding agreements as per the relevant legislation.

Registration is a prerequisite for availing our services in their entirety. To become a member, it is mandatory to furnish your complete and accurate full name, password, and email address. It is strictly prohibited to use a name that infringes upon any third-party rights or impersonate someone else.

If registering for your employer, note that they will be the account owner and you must have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

Aula Rental has the right to determine the rightful owner of an account in disputes. If evidence is inconclusive, we may suspend the account until a resolution is reached. Any outstanding balances are the responsibility of the rightful owner(s).

You can transfer ownership of your account and rights to a third party, but you must inform us and update the account information. Once the transfer is complete, any claims to ownership rights will be invalid.

Payments: Full payment is required before AULA RENTAL begins any services. No credits or refunds will be given for unperformed services, even if they are suspended or terminated early.

Prepayment: You must make prepayments to ensure your payment information is up-to-date and invoices are settled on time. By using our Services, you agree to make advance payments before the service period begins.

Fraud: Fraudulence is deemed a breach of these Terms, wherein you are prohibited from misusing or engaging in fraudulent activities involving credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, electronic checks, or any other payment method. Aula Rental reserves the right to report any such misuse or fraudulent use, as determined at our sole discretion, to governmental and law enforcement authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions, and/or credit card companies.

Amendment to the pricing and conditions: Aula Rental can change pricing and terms without notice and will post updates on the website.

Your personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, email, and credit/debit card number, is confidential and not disclosed. Your card details are encrypted and not stored on our site. Please ensure your browser is secure for online payments by checking our dedicated page.

We can update the system at any time, including adding or removing features and fixing bugs. There's no guarantee that the updated version will be bug-free or won't affect your use of the Services. You're responsible for any changes you make to the code, and any costs to fix them. We're not responsible for any changes you make to the code.

Aula Rental is the proprietor of the platform; however, we shall not assert any entitlements to your trade names, trademarks, or uploaded data. Subject to your authorization, we may employ your trade name, trademark, complete name, and/or website URL in our live example section for promotional objectives.

We hereby assert our prerogative to discontinue the provision of the Service at any given moment.

The act of verbally or in writing insulting a Aula Rental member or employee will lead to an instantaneous termination of the account.

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion if we determine it to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, or in violation of third-party copyrights.

Exemplar data in the Service, including terms of service, privacy policy, product images, descriptions, and email texts, are for demonstration purposes only. You must customize it to meet your legal and commercial needs.

We are not liable for client-uploaded content and any related claims should be directed to the clients.

If we fount any suspecious activity by any user using our platform we will get that account terminate any time.

Utilize the Services for any illicit objectives, exceeding the boundaries of their intended purpose, or contravening any other prohibitions outlined in these Terms;

Content must comply with the law, not offend, threaten, defame, or be objectionable. It must also respect intellectual property rights and terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion if we determine it to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, or in violation of third-party copyrights.

Aula Rental shall not, under any circumstances or legal theory, including but not limited to tort, breach of contract, or warranty, be held liable to the user or any other party for any form of indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for work stoppage, computer failure, loss of revenues, profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible or economic losses. Even if you or any other party has informed us of the possibility of such damages, Aula Rental will not be held liable for any damages. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service, and your only recourse against Aula Rental for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use of the Service.

Aula Rental upholds the safeguarding of intellectual property rights of other individuals. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other relevant legislations, our Service strictly prohibits the uploading of content that violates any third party's copyrights. In the event of any such infringement, we reserve the right to terminate accounts that are deemed to be repeat offenders of a third party's copyrighted works, at our sole discretion and in appropriate circumstances.
